When will exhibitor registration open?

Exhibitor registration will open mid-March and can be accessed through your exhibitor portal.

What is the cost for exhibitor badges?

Each 10’ x 10’ exhibit booth includes four complimentary exhibit badges. Exhibitors may purchase over allotment badges equal to the number of complimentary badges for $100. Companies who purchased exhibitor packages receive additional badges.

Do exhibit badges allow access to all meeting activities?

Exhibitor badges provide access to the opening session, educational sessions, poster sessions and the exhibit hall. Exhibitor badges do not include continuing education credit. Exhibitor continuing education badges can be purchased through the exhibitor portal when you are registering.

What is the process for exhibitors to reserve a hotel room or room block? 

ASHP has negotiated some of the best discounted hotel rates available within walking distance of the Charlotte Convention Center. Book early for the best selection and rates. Reservations for the Pharmacy Futures 2025 will only be accepted through Orchid.Events, ASHP’s official housing provider. Exhibiting companies wishing to secure a room block of five or more guest rooms will be required to complete the hotel room block reservation form provided by Orchid.Events. You may book individual reservations once housing opens.
