Unauthorized housing companies have been approaching ASHP attendees and exhibitors offering hotel reservations via unauthorized or even sham websites, e-mail communications, and phone calls. These companies are in no way affiliated with ASHP, Pharmacy Futures, Visit Charlotte, or Orchid.Events. Neither ASHP nor Orchid.Events can verify the authenticity of these companies or the reservations. Orchid.Events is the only official hotel reservation provider for the meeting.
Reservations booked through Orchid.Events, ASHP’s only official hotel reservation provider, receive exclusive benefits including complimentary guest-room internet, complimentary access to the hotel’s fitness center, no resort/destination fees, protection in the event the hotel oversells its rooms, and more!
ASHP has negotiated some of the best discounted hotel rates available within walking distance of the Charlotte Convention Center. Book early for the best selection and rates. Reservations will be accepted until May 12, 2025 at 7 p.m. ET or until the room block is sold out, whichever occurs first. After this time, reservations will be made based on availability, and hotels may charge higher rates.
NOTE: Hotel room inventory changes daily. A waitlist feature exists in the online reservation system in the event one or more requested nights is unavailable at the time of booking. Reserve a Room Block
Individuals or companies wishing to secure five or more guest rooms must complete the online Hotel Room Block Reservation Form or email a completed and signed form to [email protected]. The Hotel Room Block Policies [PDF] must be read prior to submitting the Hotel Room Block Reservation Form.
Deadlines
April 10 — A complete rooming list with names and guarantee for each reservation must be submitted for all room blocks held. Any rooms not reserved will be released. Requests for additional rooms will be based on availability. After this date, cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 processing fee per reservation.
May 12 (7 p.m. ET or until the room block is sold out, whichever occurs first) — Final cutoff date to make a hotel reservation for the meeting. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability, and hotels may charge higher rates. Cancellations after May 12 will also be subject to a $75.00 cancellation processing fee per reservation.
