Unauthorized housing companies have been approaching ASHP attendees and exhibitors offering hotel reservations via unauthorized or even sham websites, e-mail communications, and phone calls. These companies are in no way affiliated with ASHP, Pharmacy Futures, Travel Portland, or Orchid.Events. Neither ASHP nor Orchid.Events can verify the authenticity of these companies or the reservations. Orchid.Events is the only official hotel reservation provider for the meeting.

ASHP has negotiated some of the best discounted hotel rates available within walking distance of the Oregon Convention Center. While the May 15, 2024 cutoff date to make a reservation has past, the hotels are still accepting reservations based on availability. Book today as rooms are going fast!

Official Hotel List and Map
All hotels are within walking distance of the Oregon Convention Center. As an added convenience, shuttle bus service will be provided Saturday, June 8 through Wednesday, June 12 during limited hours from the Courtyard Portland Downtown Convention Center, Crowne Plaza Portland Downtown - Convention Center, and DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Portland.

Reserve a Room Block
Individuals or companies wishing to secure five or more guest rooms must complete the online Hotel Room Block Reservation Form or email a completed and signed form to [email protected]. The Hotel Room Block Policies [PDF] must be read prior to submitting the Hotel Room Block Reservation Form.
Deadlines
April 11 — A complete rooming list with names and guarantee for each reservation must be submitted for all room blocks held. Any rooms not reserved will be released. Requests for additional rooms will be based on availability. After this date, cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 processing fee per reservation.
May 15 (7 p.m. ET or until the room block is sold out, whichever occurs first) — Final cutoff date to make a hotel reservation for the meeting. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability, and hotels may charge higher rates. Cancellations after May 15 will also be subject to a $75.00 cancellation processing fee per reservation.
