When rooms are booked at hotels that are not within our official hotel block and/or you do not use Orchid.Events:
- ASHP is exposed to penalties for not fulfilling our room block commitments
- ASHP risks our ability to rebook preferred meeting hotels and receive reduced rates
- ASHP could possibly lose qualification for the amount of space needed at the convention center to conduct the meeting
- ASHP is unable to assist in the event a reservation can’t be located in the hotel’s system

Neither ASHP nor Orchid.Events can verify the authenticity of these companies or the reservations. Orchid.Events is the only official hotel reservation provider for the meeting.
