Unauthorized housing companies have been approaching ASHP attendees and exhibitors offering hotel reservations via unauthorized or even sham websites, e-mail communications, and phone calls. These companies are in no way affiliated with ASHP, Pharmacy Futures, Explore St. Louis, or Orchid.Events. Neither ASHP nor Orchid.Events can verify the authenticity of these companies or the reservations. Orchid.Events is the only official hotel reservation provider for the meeting.
ASHP has negotiated some of the best discounted hotel rates within walking distance of the America’s Center Convention Complex. While the official cutoff was May 21, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. ET, several hotels are accepting reservations until June 5 or until their room blocks are sold out. Still need a room? Reserve a Room Block
Individuals or companies wishing to secure five or more guest rooms must complete the online Hotel Room Block Reservation Form or email a completed and signed form to [email protected]. The Hotel Room Block Policies [PDF] must be read prior to submitting the Hotel Room Block Reservation Form.
Deadlines
April 16 — A complete rooming list with names and guarantee for each reservation must be submitted for all room blocks held. Any rooms not reserved will be released. Requests for additional rooms will be based on availability. Also, the final cutoff date for exhibitor reservations. After this date, cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 processing fee per reservation.
May 21 — 7 p.m. ET or until the room block is sold out, whichever occurs first) — Final cutoff date to make a hotel reservation for the meeting. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability, and hotels may charge higher rates. Cancellations after May 21 will also be subject to a $75.00 cancellation processing fee per reservation.
